About Ben
Ben Rey is an accomplished and highly sought after vocal coach, music producer, songwriter, composer and keyboardist.
Ben relocated to Los Angeles in 2015 after working in Europe, New York and Miami. He trained with world-famous voice coach Seth Riggs - best known for working with Prince, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Madonna, Barbra Streisand and more.
Ben brings over 10 years' experience in music recording, production and vocal development. His roster includes artists with a wide range of backgrounds and resumes, from beginners to experienced artists from Sony Music, Universal Music and The Disney Channel.
His emphasis is on building a foundation of proper vocal technique and breathing, enhancing the artist's musical and artistic abilities, widening their vocal and emotional range and thereby building confidence and control.
Every artist has their own unique voice; my mission is to help you find that voice. Whether you are just starting out or about to sign to a record label this is the goal for everyone who wants to sing.
This is done by working to eliminate any limitations that are holding you back. The sessions will be focussed on addressing areas of uncertainty and insecurity with specific and focussed exercises to help you make the most of your own private practice time so that you can radically improve your vocal abilities in the shortest time.
The Studio
The light-filled studio, less than a mile from Paramount Pictures in Hollywood, features multiple piano keyboards, guitars, industry-level recording equipment, live performance mics, speakers and filming equipment for content production.
